Voice 2 Voice Ltd is a dynamic, expanding telecommunications company which installs, maintains and supports voice and data solutions. There is now a requirement for an experienced Network Services Administrator to join the team. For this role it essential you have experience working for a telecoms company in areas such as WLR 3,Billing, provisoning. The position is office based, mixed and varied and would suit a good telecoms co-ordinator 'all rounder' who has experience in areas such as WLR, provisioning, billing.

The purpose of the role is to manage customer requests for WLR3 Lines, Broadband, Data & Voice services from order receipt through to bill generation, log any faults that may arise and to process the monthly bill run. The order requests comprise of new, transfer, change and cessation of service orders. In carrying out these duties it is essential that revenue assurance is maintained through accurate and timely billing duties. Managing customer contracts and renewals is required.

Role: Network Services Administrator (Billing/Provisioning)
Location: Stafford, Cannock, Stoke-On-Trent, Wolverhampton.
Salary: (negotiable depending on experience).

Duties & Responsibilities

Customer Order Management
Responsible for managing customer order related communication to ensure that service requests are responded to in a timely & efficient manner in line with company SLA's.

Ensure that orders are validated so that service requests are fully understood prior to the committing of orders onto systems for service.

Track & control work in progress from order receipt to completion and ensure that the customer is kept advised on progress, issues and problems.

Process all customer requests within 24 hrs and ensure that each request is recorded accurately on the company's IT systems.

Set up the customer bill services accurately and on a timely basis (prior to or at the latest on the day of installation/completion of the request).

Monitor & manage any rejected order within 24 hrs to ensure that the rejection is rectified and delivery delay is kept to an absolute minimum.

Fault Management shared with our Engineering Department
Ensure that all faults are logged in a timely manner.

Monitor progress of faults, keeping the customer updated and escalating where necessary by liaising with BT.

Billing Run
Download & import CDR's and resolve rejects on a monthly basis

Ensure that the bill run goes out on time.

Check billed revenue and analyse bills to make sure there are appropriate profit margins on each destination.

Update tariffs in the billing system each month to reflect recent carrier changes.
